VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
National League of Young Men, Inc. (NLYM) is a non-profit organization for young men in grades 9-12 and I have been a member for four years. This program promotes the development of young men into community leaders through leadership involvement, charitable and community service, cultural experiences, and protocol education.

I have volunteered over 234 hours in my community at places like Babies of Homelessness, Mercer Island Youth And Family Services, Mary's Place homeless shelter, Lions Club Christmas Tree Lot, multiple parks departments, food pantries as a server and store room clerk, thrift shop receiving and more. I have also volunteered my time as a musician to charity events and non-profit organizations.

Additionally, NLYM has educational sessions on how to write a resumé, tie a tie, interview, business etiquette, table manners, and more.

Giving back to my community has been a very rewarding experience and I plan to continue volunteer service throughout my life.
